At VT Cosmetics Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products that have been opened or used.

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Pack and Ship

Carefully pack the unopened products in their original packaging and mail them back to our distribution center using the provided shipping label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
